За «Баварию» Мусиала выступает с лета 2019 года. Он провел за команду 193 матча в различных турнирах, забил 58 голов и сделал 38 результативных передач. Вместе с «Баварией» Мусиала выиграл четыре чемпионата Германии, три Суперкубка страны, Суперкубок УЕФА и клубный чемпионат мира.
В составе сборной Германии на счету Мусиалы 38 матчей и семь голов. На чемпионате Европы 2024 года полузащитник забил три мяча, став одним из лучших бомбардиров турнира (всего пять человек забили по три гола).
