В селе Завьялово Алтайского края сегодня днем при выходе из кафе был убит Николай Анатольевич Онищенко, глава администрации Завьяловского района. Региональный Следком возбудил уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (Убийство). По подозрению в совершении преступления сотрудниками полиции задержан местный житель. На месте проводятся следственно-оперативные действия.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
