Американские инвесторы заявили, что гонконгская компания CK Hutchison продаст бизнес консорциуму, в который входят BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners и Terminal Investment. Консорциум приобретет 90% акций дочерней компании CK Hutchison, управляющей двумя портами в Панаме.
