На самом деле паника некоторых авторов ТГ о чистке в Минсельхоза, Управлении ветеринарии, подкопов под местный Минздрав и др. оправдана. Пусть медленно, но в стране идёт чистка. Давно пора, но только война сподвигло к решительным действиям ту часть верхушки РФ, которая не готова проигрывать Западу.
Коррупция настолько прогрызла остов государства, что во многих ведомствах снимать руководителей надо "слоями".
