О создании совместного предприятия объявили местные компании – производитель рельсового транспорта Titagarh Rail Systems и поставщик систем кондиционирования для подвижного состава Sidwal (входит в Amber Group). Каждая сторона инвестирует в СП около 1,2 млрд индийских рупий ($14,4 млн).
Номенклатура продукции не раскрывается. В стадии обсуждения находится локализация компонентов интерьера салона и туалетов. Предполагается, что СП будет поставлять компоненты как на индийский, так и на итальянский рынок, где находится площадка Titagarh Firema.
Компоненты будут предназначены для пассажирских вагонов и поездов метро (в портфеле заказов Titagarh есть контракты на поставку такой техники в Индию и Италию). По словам представителя Amber Group Джасбира Сингха, в перспективе СП должно освоить производство 20-25% компонентов, входящих в состав пассажирских вагонов.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
