В Германии показаны первые электропоезда для Штутгарта, модернизированные Alstom и DB Regio

Первые 3 четырехвагонных состава класса 430 были представлены пассажирским перевозчиком DB Regio. Планируется, что они будут запущены на городской ж/д S-Bahn Stuttgart в феврале. Подвижной состав выпущен в 2010-х консорциумом Alstom и Bombardier Transportation.

Начатая в 2021-м программа стоимостью €200 млн включает модернизацию 215 поездов классов 423 и 430 и реализуется в рамках проекта цифровизации Штутгартского ж/д узла. Она проходит на заводах Alstom в немецком Хеннигсдорфе и швейцарском Вильневе, в депо DB Regio в Нюрнберге и Хагене и на предприятии Talbot в немецком Аахене. Ее завершение планируется в 2026-м.

В ходе работ проводится обновление салона с добавлением мест для велосипедов, инвалидных и детских колясок. Также подвижной состав оснащается системой автоведения для работы на полуавтоматическом уровне GoA2 и системой управления движением ETCS уровней 2 и 3.
