⚡️ Россия успешно прошла обязательный международный морской аудит.

Группа специалистов Международной морской организации завершила свою работу и выдала положительную оценку системе морского транспорта нашей страны.

Аудиторы изучили выполнение российской стороной взятых на себя обязательств по шести международным конвенциям. Руководитель делегации отдельно выделил положительной оценкой созданные российской стороной базы данных, которые учитывают контроль судов, проходящих как под российским флагом, так и флагами других государств.

По итогам аудита нам выдан список рекомендаций. Хочу отметить, что все они находятся в области улучшения уже внедренных процедур. На совершенствование работы определено три года.

Команда Минтранса России привержена открытой работе и мы в ближайшее время учтем все данные рекомендации в обновленной Транспортной стратегии до 2035 года.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
