«Он ненавидит Россию, а этот представитель СС «Галичина» якобы воевал с Россией — значит, он союзник. Это потом, когда он увидел и услышал реакцию других государств, когда возмутились другие страны, в том числе Польша, то он и включил заднюю».
Вместе с тем, скорее всего, ситуация не отразится на отношениях Канады с другими странами Европы, добавил Цеков: «Пошумят — и забудется. Хотя у таких стран, как Польша и Израиль, осадок в отношении Канады сохранится».
