«Мы работаем над созданием масштабной программы военной подготовки для всех взрослых мужчин в стране. Женщины также смогут участвовать, но мы понимаем, что война по-прежнему остается в большей степени мужским делом», — сказал Туск.
При этом он подчеркнул, что речь не идет о возвращении обязательного призыва в армию.
