Только что стало известно, что Марии предъявили обвинение по новому уголовному делу по статье 321 ч.2 (нанесение неопасного для здоровья вреда), которое на нее завели за якобы нападение на двух сотрудников колонии, в том числе, на начальника отдела безопасности. Когда Мария, находясь в ИК-6 Шипуново отказалась идти на дисциплинарную комиссию, сотрудники колонии повели ее туда силой. И тогда, как утверждает обвинение, Мария, якобы, на них напала.
Однако сама Мария сообщила, что «потерпевшие» — сотрудники мужского пола и она ни на кого из них не нападала.
По новому обвинению Марии грозит еще до 5 лет колонии вдобавок к ее сроку заключения.
