По данным Росстатас 12 по 18 ноября ИПЦ вырос на 0.37% vs 0.30% и 0.19% в предыдущие 2 недели. Рост в ноябре – 0.79%, с начала года – 7.41%, годовой показатель – 8.6% гг.
Без огурца, томата, самолёта рост ИПЦ за 3 недели: 0.25%, 0.18% и 0.13%.
Для 46-й недели года рост ИПЦ на 0.37% - это абсолютный рекорд! Средний рост за предыдущие 12 лет – 0.14%, максимальный – 0.25% (2014), а в годы нахождения инфляции на цели (2016-2020) ИПЦ в эту неделю рос в среднем на 0.12%.
Вышедшие цифры означают, что по итогам ноября ИПЦ вырастет более чем на 1% и, скорее всего, даже больше, чем в ноябре прошлого года (1.11%); по году может достигнуть 9% (прогноз ЦБ: 8-8.5%). Текущие темпы роста цен могут составить 13-14% mm saar. Продолжающийся падёж рубля (сегодня уже 100.22) может ещё более ускорить рост цен.
Возможно, ЦБ имеет смысл уже сейчас поднимать ставку до 23%, не дожидаясь декабрьского заседания, до которого ещё целый месяц.
