Возвращаюсь к чтению нон-фикшена и выбрала для себя книгу «Эмоции в семье».
📖О чем книга: О том как понимать друг друга и детей, что делать если эмоции зашкаливают. И самое главное как не сдерживать эмоции и при этом не срываться на близких людях.
🍂Что мне понравилось: Простой язык которым описываются сложные моменты и рабочие инструменты которые можно внедрить в свою повседневную жизнь.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
