وزیر امور خارجه اسرائیل، گیدئون ساعر، به نمایندگی‌های دیپلماتیک خود در اروپا و بریتانیا دستور داده که برای تقویت تلاش‌ها در راستای طبقه‌بندی گروه حوثی‌های یمن به‌عنوان یک «سازمان تروریستی» در این کشورها فعالیت کنند.
بر اساس بیانیه‌ای که روز سه‌شنبه از سوی وزارت امور خارجه اسرائیل منتشر شد، این دستور در پی مجموعه‌ای از حملاتی صادر شده که حوثی‌ها طی روزهای اخیر علیه اسرائیل انجام داده‌اند. این حملات شامل شلیک موشک‌های بالستیک به مناطق مرکزی اسراییل بوده که باعث خسارات مادی شده و از جمله به یک مدرسه و مکان‌های نزدیک به زمین‌های بازی کودکان آسیب رسانده است. @SepehrAzadi

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
