Дело все в том, что во время рабочего визита чиновника жительница Макаровского района пожаловалась на то, что в муниципалитете нет возможности сделать ультразвуковое исследование для детей. Оно доступно только в Южно-Сахалинске, но там с людей требуют деньги.
«Нет никакого понятия платного прохождения УЗИ, тем более для детей одного месяца. По показаниям все абсолютно бесплатно», - заявил Байдаков.
