А в МФЦ , ну скажем в Бибирево, крайне недружелюбная девушка отправляет ... тадам! - в терминал. Там клубятся старушки, которые совершенно не понимают куда им тыкать. Они очень удивляются, когда аппарат им пишет "ваши показания не приняты" и мечутся по залу в поисках помощи. Но добрая тетенька, выделенная населению на предмет общения с компьютерами, машет руками. "Я к терминалу отношения не имею". Словом, главное - Москва, главное - москвичи.
