▫️رئیس هیات شطرنج خراسان رضوی ضمن تبریک به مناسبت حضور او به عنوان رئیس در فدراسیون شطرنج به عنوان یکی از اعضای خانواده این رشته ورزشی از اعلام آمادگی هیات شطرنج خراسان رضوی در تمامی برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های فدراسیون در آینده خبر داد.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
