По меньшей мере 30 тысяч человек были вынуждены покинуть свои дома из-за сильного пожара, бушующего в Калифорнии. Повреждено не менее 13 тысяч домов. Пожар разрушает городок знаменитостей Пасифик-Палисейдс в Лос-Анджелесе, а также добрался до Санта-Моники и Малибу.

Губернатор Калифорнии объявил ЧП. В самом Палисейдс известно о сгоревших школе, театре и куче дорогостоящих вилл — там располагаются дома Рианны, Дженнифер Энистон, Бена Аффлека, Брэдли Купера, Адама Сэндлера и других.
