Наткунулся на другое сообщение - вчерашнее. Вот тут похоже, действительно, майнеры. Явно, черные. Судите сами: пожар был в Иркутском районе, в Хомутово в переулке Юность. Возгорание произошло в гараже (там обычно ставят аськи, маскируя их в «ямы» под машины) и перекинулось на жилой дом.
