На днях компания ООО «Я2 Девелопмент» из структуры «MR Group» выкупила 99% доли в уставном капитале ООО «ТПУ Сити 2», которому принадлежит участок под новой башней на рендере. Таким образом «MR Group» получил возможность реализовать здесь высотный проект, согласно представленной концепции, или предложить новое решение. Наблюдаем.
