У нас сложилось стойкое ощущение, что депутатам в Госдуме (или Госдуре) нечем заняться и они, периодически между собой, устраивают соревнования на тему «Кто выдвинет самое дурацкое предложение?» Хотим напомнить депутатам на чьи деньги они живут и чьи наказы обязаны исполнять. В свете участившихся бредовых инициатив, просим внести в Госдуму следующий Законопроект.
