Торт-омлет в духовке🍳
🟢яйца - 4 шт 🟢молоко/кефир 🟢кабачок 🟢помидоры 🟢форма для выпечки, у меня такая 🟢зелень/сыр/соль - опционально
➡️ взбиваем яйца ➡️ добавляем молоко/кефир ➡️ добавляем мелко порезанные кубиком кабачок и помидоры ➡️ добавляем зелень, сыр и соль по желанию, для взрослых я добавляла отдельно в формочки ➡️ выкладываем в форму и отправляем в разогретую духовку до 180-190 градусов на 35 минут

The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
