Ленинский районный суд Уфы в очередной раз оставил в СИЗО фигуранта уголовного дела «о массовых беспорядках» из-за участия в стихийном митинге в поддержку активиста Фаиля Алсынова* в Баймаке.
Напомним, что после задержания мужчина был избит силовиками — несмотря на необходимую медицинскую помощь, судья оставил его в СИЗО. Ранее следователь удалил адвоката Гарифуллу Япарова из дела Давлеткильдина. Сам адвокат посчитал, что оказался «неудобным» для следствия.
