Власти Ростова-на-Дону отчитались о ликвидации прорыва на территории котельной «Лукойл-Ростовэнерго», оставившего без тепла 80 тысяч ростовчан в районе Северный. Однако тепла у жителей все еще нет — в ЖКХ заявили, что «на заполнение системы потребуется около 4 часов».

«Вода из крана с горячей идёт, но такая же, как из крана с холодной», — пишут жители в комментариях.
