Смоленск присоединится к федеральной программе "Чистое небо". Сама программа стартовала в Москве в 2015 году, с 2020 года внедряется в России.
-Перенесём все кабели питания, провода уличного освещения, а также коммуникации мобильных операторов, интернет-провайдеров и городских служб под землю. Это позволит избавиться от визуального шума и «паутины» проводов, которая портит внешний облик города, - пояснил мэр Александр Новиков.
Закапывать провода в Смоленске планируют поэтапно. Колхозная площадь, Пржевальского, Коненкова, Глинки, участки улиц Ленина, Коммунистической, Октябрьской Революции, улицы Кирилла и Мефодия, Карла Маркса и площадь Ленина - первые локации, где намерены организовать "Чистое небо".
