Кабмин утвердил новый порядок погребения и установки надгробий. Документ, подписанный главой правительства Адылбеком Касымалиевым 14 февраля, регулирует процесс захоронения и определяет, какие памятники можно устанавливать на кладбищах, а какие нет.
Запрещено использовать для памятников гранит, мрамор, драгоценные камни (алмазы, изумруды, рубины, сапфиры, александриты, жемчуг) и роскошные металлические ограды.
Высота надгробий не должна превышать 0.7 метра. Ограждения на могилах нежелательны, но при необходимости можно использовать простые деревянные или металлические конструкции без излишеств.
Надписи на памятнике должны быть четкими, с указанием Ф.И.О., даты рождения и смерти. Разрешены эпитафии и религиозные символы, но без элементов, противоречащих общественным нормам морали.
Новые правила касаются всех граждан независимо от их вероисповедания, социального положения или происхождения.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
