Алкашня / синеботы за рулём — второй бич смертности на дорогах после скорости. Тут вообще никаких оправданий быть не может в принципе. Сажать надолго, разорять экономически до трусов и рассказывать на каждом углу. Чтобы понимали, что нет никакого смысла бухим за руль садиться: вызови такси / останься в гостях и т.д.
Это такая же управляемая история как и скорость. И вот тут ГИБДД хвалю — их методы дают результат, хотя, можно и нужно жёстче и быстрей.
Друг хочет сесть пьяный за руль — запрети / забери ключи и будешь молодец!
