Кроме Малкова, из числа глав субъектов в состав президиума также вошли главы Ставропольского, Приморского, Красноярского краёв, ЯНАО, Татарстана, Республики Саха, Бурятии, Московской, Калужской, Тульской, Ивановской, Сахалинской, Новгородской, Нижегородской, Челябинской, Самарской, Архангельской и Мурманской областей, мэр Москвы и губернатор Севастополя.

The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
