До этого в республике было 3 госбанка: "Элдик банк", "Айыл банк" и "Керемет банк". СМИ сообщают, что 75% акций последнего приобрела люксембургская компания.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
