По данным Геологической службы США, подземных толчков было 4:

▪️09:49 мск - 5,5
▪️10:10 мск - 4,7
▪️10:12 мск - 6,3

По непроверенным данным, был еще и пятый. Эпицентр у всех был примерно в 30 км на северо-восток от центра района Зинда-Джан в провинции Герат. Данных о жертвах пока нет, но разрушения есть, а гератцы выбежали из домов на улицу. Поступают сообщения о приостановке работы КПП "Ислам-Кала" на иранской границе
