И служил в этом комитете Федор Афанасьевич – человек совершенно посторонний для фонда и его акционеров, но очень уважаемый в отрасли. Приходил он раз в месяц в большую переговорку, голосовал со всеми, высказывался “за” или “против”. И получал, кстати, хорошие деньги – не главные в его жизни, но за день в месяц весьма и весьма приятные.
Лет через пять сотрудничества Федор Афанасьевич случайно узнал свою реальную роль в этом инвест-комитете, она не совсем обычной была. По правилам фонда, если он “за”, то сделки не будет. Нельзя в неё входить.
Расстроился наш герой страшно. На один день. А через пару недель пришел на следующее заседание комитета и участвовал как обычно. Деньги, напомню, платили ему весьма приятные.
