Экологическая экспедиция с участием звёзд и волонтёров пройдет на Байкале 4-5 сентября 2021 года во время всероссийской акции «Вода России». Более 450 волонтёров из разных городов России отправятся по Кругобайкальской железной дороге, где соберут мусор и направят его на переработку.
Акция стартует 4 сентября на территории визит-центра «Байкал заповедный» в Танхое (Бурятия). На второй день волонтеры направятся на КБЖД. Там они не только очистят берег, но установят лавочки и пикниковые зоны.
Предполагается, что участие примут губернатор Иркутской области Игорь Кобзев, заместитель министра природных ресурсов и экологии РФ Сергей Ястребов, гендиректор ОАО «Российские железные дороги» Олег Белозёров, директор ФГБУ «Заповедное Прибайкалье» Умар Рамазанов, актриса Юлия Михалкова и другие известные люди.
Акция «Вода России» проходит по нацпроекту «Экология». Всего в 2021 году проходит более 11 тыс. мероприятий по очистке берегов водоемов - от Калининграда до Владивостока.
