Глава КБР Казбек Коков подчеркнул, что объект построен при поддержке Правительства России, которое выделило 145 млн руб. (всего 213). Прибывшая по этому поводу в столицу региона замминистра культуры РФ Надежда Преподобная отметила, что таких Центров культурного развития не так много по всей стране, и появятся они не в каждом субъекте.
Напомним, в рамках нацпроекта, в 2022 г. в Нальчике сделан капремонт знакового здания ТЮЗ.
В целом же в этом году по СКФО в рамках проекта "Культура" намерены открыть новые ДК, обновить инфраструктуру и экспозиции музеев, пополнить фонды библиотек, а также восполнить недостаток кадров, особенно в удалённых сёлах и малых городах.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
