Мэр чеченской столицы Хас-Магомед Кадыров сообщил, что в центре Грозного началось строительство 35-этажного многоквартирного дома в вайнахском стиле, чья архитектура воплощает образ джигита. Изюминка проекта — ресторан и смотровая площадка «Папаха джигита» на верхних этажах.

Возрождённый из руин город Грозный сегодня превратился в одну из красивейших региональных столиц. Здесь началось строительство нового района имени Владимира Путина, построена мечеть «Сердце Чечни» имени Ахмата Кадырова — одна из крупнейших в России и Европе, а башни «Грозный-Сити» и культурные центры дадут фору по красоте и величию некоторым мегаполисам.

Теперь же в городе появится ещё и джигит из стекла и стали.

Архитектурная эволюция Грозного за 25 лет, наверное, впечатлила бы даже знаменитых зодчих прошлого.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land.
