❗️Власти Ставрополья делают новый «заход» через Госдуму и Совфед на легализацию скандального «Кавминводского велотерренкура» (КВТ)

Попытка думы края узаконить строительство КВТ через изменение ФЗ «Об особо охраняемых природных территориях» (ООПТ) получила большой резонанс, отрицательные отзывы Госдумы и Совфеда и законопроект отозвали. Теперь депутаты решили воплотить затею через изменение ФЗ «Об автомобильных дорогах РФ...».

Новый законопроект корректирует ФЗ так, чтобы рег. власти могли менять границы ООПТ и построить велотерренкур (2,7 млрд руб.) и ещё много чего. Чем всё снова закончится пока не ясно. Отметим, инициативу внёс прежний созыв думы СК, позиция нынешнего не раскрыта.

Пока лишь известно, что в Москве новаторство снова не понравилось. Совет законодателей по вопросам экономической и промышленной политики ГД РФ уже порекомендовал вернуть законопроект авторам и очень подумать над его доработкой.
