Под застройку попадает морально устаревший торговый центр «Старт», который Авдалян купил у президента футбольного клуба ЦСКА Евгения Гинера.
На земельной участке площадью 1,8 га, на месте ТЦ, появится общественно-деловой центр общей площадью не менее 160 000 м². Проекту уже присвоен статус инвестиционного проекта по созданию мест приложения труда.
Напомню, что Авдаляну также принадлежит 50% гостиницы «Аэростар», которая находится на соседнем от «Старта» участке, но пока о планах застройки «Аэростара» не сообщалось.
