Он будет построен по адресу: Кутузовский проспект, вл. 12 на земельном участке площадью 3,7 га, который находится между Кутузовским проспектом и строящимся ЖК «Бадаевский».
Проект представляет собой среднеэтажную жилую застройку от 5 до 18 этажей с трёхуровневой подземной автостоянкой. В квартале предусмотрено 655 квартир площадью 84 920 м². Общая площадь строений составляет 158 299 м².
Проектировщики – ODA Architecture (США) и «Спектрум Холдинг» (Россия).

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
