Власти столицы оценивают градостроительный потенциал для развития территории в Наставническом переулке.

Под анализ попала территория площадью около 0,8 гектара по адресу: Наставнический переулок, вл. 11-15.

Сейчас участок занят базой коммунальщиков и 4-этажным административным зданием, построенным в 1909 году.

На части этого участка планировалось построить вторую очередь жилого комплекса Royal House on Yauza, но строительство так и не началось.

Можно предположить, что в итоге эта территория будет включена в программу комплексного развития.
