Депутаты народного собрания республики приняли участие в церемонии открытия стенда памяти участников СВО в Центре образования №11 в столице Карачаево-Черкесии Черкесске.

Как отметили местные власти, фотографии 22-х бойцов станут вечным напоминанием подрастающему поколению об отваге и патриотизме современников.

"Мы помним о подвигах участников Великой Отечественной войны и новых героев - участников СВО. Будем всегда верны этой памяти", - заявил депутат Дахир Мутчаев.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
