«Основанием введения режима повышенной готовности считать сложившийся комплекс неблагоприятных метеорологических явлений на территории Пензенской области», - подчеркнуто в распоряжении.
Региональному министерству жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и гражданской защиты населения поручено оповещать жителей об ухудшении погоды.
