Не газеты «заря кубани», в которые домашние яйца заворачивают станичные бабки. А нормальные такие сетки из блогеров, которые могли бы являться прослойкой между медийной реальностью федерального уровня и регионального. Схем для действий множество: от обозначения проблемы и ее устранения (и все рады) до защиты элит от медийного мочилова посредством аккумуляции электората. Кроме как боязнью правилом игры «как бы чего не вышло» и «инициатива наказуема» - ничем другим объяснить не могу.
