Кажется, что если ты не в ресурсе, не в потоке, то сам виноват. А это только добавляет давления. Это не всегда работает. Одних мыслей мало. Если за позитивным мышлением не стоит действий, проблемы не решатся.
Лучший способ: сначала признай свои чувства и эмоции, дай им место. А уже потом, шаг за шагом, ищи светлые стороны. Настоящий позитив начинается с честности с собой.
