По данным Центра общественных связей ФСБ России, Николай Гайдук въехал на территорию области из Польши для осуществления диверсии на объекте энергетики.
При досмотре автомобиля Ford Focus на немецких номерах было обнаружено 0,5 литра жидкого взрывчатого вещества. По информации спецслужб, компоненты для самодельного взрывного устройства Гайдук получил от гражданина Украины Александра Жорова, проживающего в Гамбурге и имеющего вид на жительство в Германии.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по статьям о террористическом акте и контрабанде взрывчатых веществ. Подозреваемого взяли под стражу. Власти Германии пока это задержание не комментировали.
