Народные избранники решили потренировать уполномоченную по правам человека в Свердловской области Татьяну Мерзлякову. Они не смогли принять её доклад из-за многочисленных неточностей и ошибок. Это не первый случай критики омбудсмена, в апреле депутаты отправили на доработку годовой отчет Мерзляковой.
