В нынешнем году для них купили1020 квартир стоимостью порядка 2,5 млрд рублей в общей сложности. Финансирование поступало из федерального и краевого бюджетов.
Большая часть квартир выделена в Красноярске – 541. Также новое жилье получили дети-сироты из Ачинска, Минусинска, Железногорска, Канска, Назарова, Зеленогорска и других городов. Свыше 220 квартир приобретено в районах региона.
Отметим, в Красноярском крае действует несколько механизмов выделения жилья для детей-сирот. Помимо покупки квартир, они могут воспользоваться жилищным сертификатом на сумму 2,6 млн рублей и самостоятельно выбрать себе место жительство. Прием заявок на их получение будет снова открыт в январе.
