Фитнес опыт у меня давний, где-то с начала 2000-х, когда я пришла в первый раз на шейпинг в весе 95 кг. С тех пор много жира времени утекло, я похудела и спорт никогда не забрасывала. Но поняла для себя одно: я могу ходить только на занятия к определенному времени, т.е. групповые или персональные. Чтоб заняться физкультурой дома или пойти просто в качалку, я найду кучу причин, почему «завтра, завтра, не сегодня».
И вот теперь я грущу и рассматриваю различные секции, где бы я могла перекантоваться пару месяцев.
А как у вас обстоят дела со спортом? Можете сами себя дисциплинировать или тоже ходите на групповые/к тренеру?
