Очень понравилось как реклов в видео Дзена (сетка Яндекса, через которую размещения и идут, которая ну никак не может понять, что происходит, тоже причастна, кстати) крутят на болту впихивая одному юзеру полсотни роликов, да и юзеров тоже, в итоге, крутят на болту, не показывая запрошенное

Записывать я стал минуте на третьей

Будете так делать, таргетируйте такое творчество:

а) на немосквичей, чтоб не спалиться перед коллегами и заказчиками
б) показывайте по ночам, а не днём
в) засовывайте в совсем уж паскудные ролики, которыми стыдно делиться

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
