17 декабря Советский районный суд Улан-Удэ заключил под стражу главного врача Баргузинской ЦРБ. Александр Очиров пробудет в СИЗО до 16 февраля 2025 года.
Следствие установило, что подозреваемый распорядился подменить образцы крови уже экс-главы Баргузинского района Михаила Мишурина, чтобы скрыть факт его алкогольного опьянения на момент ДТП. В результате этих действий экспертиза не выявила следов алкоголя.
Главврачу предъявлено обвинение в превышении должностных полномочий. Постановление суда пока не вступило в законную силу.
