Ровно 77 лет знамя именно этого воинского соединения было водружено на здании берлинского Рейхстага назад советскими бойцами.
«Знамя Победы – великий и святой символ, который до сих пор объединяет народы не только нашей страны, но и многих соседних государств», - отметил в ходе церемонии открытия памятника глава региона Михаил Ведерников: «Спустя 77 лет Знамя Победы снова на передовой. Вместе с триколором его несут с собой наши солдаты, которые сражаются с нацистами и освобождают города ДНР, ЛНР и Украины от коричневой чумы. Знамя Идрицкой дивизии по-прежнему вдохновляет и объединяет людей по всей стране и за её пределами. И наша главная задача – хранить этот символ Победы, передавая память о нем нашим детям и внукам».

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
