Французская компания Nutri’Earth уже подала заявку на использование этого "деликатеса" в хлебобулочных изделиях, макаронах, сырах, молочных и фруктово-овощных продуктах. В Еврокомиссии подчеркивают, что потребители сами вправе решать, хотят ли они есть насекомых или нет. Кстати, в России к таким инновациям относятся скептически.
