В Совете Федерации предложили несколько условий для возвращения иностранных автоконцернов в РФ, пишут «Ведомости»:
🔹Работа исключительно в рамках совместных предприятий с отечественными автопроизводителями при условии сохранения контроля над предприятием за российской стороной;
🔹Результаты интеллектуальной деятельности и любые разработки должны принадлежать совместному предприятию;
🔹Если компания намерена возобновить производство в РФ, любые санкции со стороны этого государства должны быть сняты.

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
